You can reschedule the appointment to another time by sending an email to vet@travelpet.info. The reservation can be rescheduled no later than 24 hours before the original appointment. Requests made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment cannot be promised, in which case an unused appointment will be treated like an uncancelled reservation.

Regarding a cancellation of the reservation, the customer will be refunded 50% of the service price in the form of a gift card if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the original appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be refunded. The cancellation must be made by e-mail to vet@travelpet.info and the message must include the name under the reservation, pet's name, the date and time of the reservation, the password for the Zoom meeting (can be found in a separate email message along with the reservation confirmation email) and the e-mail address where the gift card can be delivered. The gift card will be delivered within 14 days of cancellation.

The written travel consultation by email cannot be rescheduled or canceled as its delivery time is less than 24 hours.
